Shipping
We have diversified our supply chain for sustainability’s sake. We ship worldwide so we have warehouses in strategic places around the world to make sure shipping times and prices are optimal. We have warehouses in the east and west coast of the USA, Europe, Canada and Australia. We can’t always guarantee all items are in stock in all warehouses but we do our best.
We ship everything within 3-7 business days, depending on how many orders we’ve gotten. 97% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 2 business days or less. You can see the estimated time of arrival at checkout, which includes the processing time.
We try to send everything in your order together but occasionally there might be some things that ship separately.
Local orders usually arrive in 5 – 6 business days.
International orders usually take 10 – 15 business days.
Additional customs fees/times may apply depending on your country’s regulations, so it’s a good idea to check them out before you order.
Shipping prices are calculated during checkout and they vary depending on weight and destination. The fastest way to find out the shipping cost is by adding the items you want to the cart and entering your address in the cart or checkout page.
It really depends on the regulations of your own country. We ship from the USA and our warehouses around the world and every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. Normally, if the order is below a certain value, there are no additional fees. We recommend you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate on what you will be charged when the package arrives, if anything. We do not pre-pay or cover any customs fees.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate.

If for some reason your order didn’t end up arriving after the estimated time, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
If you entered the correct shipping address, please send us a note to hey@luckyleifco.com including your order number. We’ll check with the shipping carrier to find out what happened and if they lost the package, we’ll reship it immediately with some extra love. We are always on your side and will always make sure you get your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We work in an “on-demand” basis. This means we keep only blanks in our inventory and only print the products when an order is made. For this reason, we cannot accept returns due to customer remorse.
If you cancel within 6 hours after your purchase, we will refund you the money in full.
If you need to cancel an order that you made less than 6 hours ago, please contact us with your order number .
If we sent you a size you didn’t order, we will send you a new order with the right size completely on us with some extra love. Just contact us with your order number and a picture of the wrong size and we’ll take care of it. You can keep the other product, no need to send it back.
It’s very important that you follow the sizing guide included in the product page. If we sent you the size you ordered but it doesn’t fit, though we’d be happy to send you another order with the correct size, it will have to be at your expense.
If we made a mistake (the item is damaged, the print is incorrect, etc.) we will send you a new order completely on us with some extra love. Just contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged item and we’ll take care of it. You can keep the other product, no need to send it back.

Sizing Guide
1 – Chest
Measure the total circumference of your chest at its fullest point, just under your armpit.
2 – Waist
Place your hands on your hips and bend to the side. The indent on your side as you bend is your natural waist. Measure the total circumference at this point.
3 – Hip
Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure the total circumference at the fullest point of your hip.
4 – Inseam
Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure from the top of the leg/crotch to below the ankle. Or take a pair of pants that fit well and take the same measurement.
5 – Arm Length
With your elbow slightly bent, starting at your middle neck bone, measure to the point of your shoulder and down to your wrist bone. Or take a shirt that fits well and take the same measurement.

Product Info

For our direct-to-garment prints (DTG), we use Kornit machines and inks. Kornit uses high-quality, water-based vegan inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own factories. Kornit inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable, and certified with an OEKO-TEX Eco Passport. We print our posters with Epson inks that are certified by GreenGuard.
The better the quality, the longer the product lasts. Before we add new products, we do durability, wash, and wear tests to make sure they’ll stand the test of time. We only work with suppliers that produce high-quality products that last many washes, keeping print colors vibrant and the fabric soft.

Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Amex through PayPal.
You don’t need a PayPal account to complete your purchase, just enter your info when prompted and you’re good to go.
PayPal protects you and us from any fraudulent transaction and we never see your private information.
Our payment processor, PayPal, secures and encrypts transactions on both ends to ensure that the platform is safe to use for both buyers and sellers. Your personal information and data are safe when paying with PayPal.
PayPal uses secure socket layer (SSL) protocol with 256-bit encryption to secure transaction data. SSL is a method used to encrypt and decrypt data transferred between a user’s browser and a website’s server. Lucky Leif never has access to your sensitive information.
PayPal also checks whether your browser is capable of sending data through the internet securely. If your browser doesn’t meet PayPal’s security standards, it simply won’t let you complete the transaction.
For these reasons, PayPal is considered one of the safest ways to complete transactions online.
