Do you ship worldwide? Where do you ship from?

We have diversified our supply chain for sustainability’s sake. We ship worldwide so we have warehouses in strategic places around the world to make sure shipping times and prices are optimal. We have warehouses in the east and west coast of the USA, Europe, Canada and Australia. We can’t always guarantee all items are in stock in all warehouses but we do our best.

When will my order arrive?

We ship everything within 3-7 business days, depending on how many orders we’ve gotten. 97% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 2 business days or less. You can see the estimated time of arrival at checkout, which includes the processing time.

We try to send everything in your order together but occasionally there might be some things that ship separately.

  • Local orders usually arrive in 3 – 5 business days.
  • International orders usually take 5 – 10 business days.

Additional customs fees/times may apply depending on your country’s regulations, so it’s a good idea to check them out before you order.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping prices are calculated during checkout and they vary depending on weight and destination. The fastest way to find out the shipping cost is by adding the items you want to the cart and entering your address in the cart or checkout page.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate.
